some of the frames from a hand drawn animated e-card for our postcard brief. it was meant to be a greeting, and a postcard for an unexpected location. i went with those weird dreams you have where someone you know or barely know is in a really familiar place or people who you know in real life are talking to each in the dream but they can’t possibly know each other and it’s so fucking weird.

however. it didn’t really turn out like that at all. it’s bits of things that are familiar to me, like my cat, and the poster on my wall of the lobster telephone (things i see before i go to bed) kind of collaged together. i was also throwing around that idea of dreams that everyone has (because a postcard is supposed to be universal) like your teeth falling out and crunching them like pearls (it means you suffer from anxiety). i don’t know. it’s a big bloody mess.
